Had a couple sign ideas for the ND game on Saturday.  I was thinking "Our football team could beat yours" and then maybe underneath that "undefeated since 1957" (I think that was the last year we had a team, I would have to research first).  First off what is the Bradley Center's policy on bringing in signs?  Secondly do you guys have any other suggestions/what do you think of that one?

Also I was trying to think of something for the Louisville game but could not think of anything humorous that was still clean enough to not get taken away.  Any other suggestions?  Thanks.

MU's final season of gridiron glory was 1960. (sniffle, sniffle).

isn't there a much more important game to think about tonight?

Someone with photoshop skills needs to put Pitino's head on the body of this other guido.  Then someone needs to run to Kinkos and get it blown up and mounted on poster-board.

I'm looking forward to the "Karen Sypher *clap* *clap* *clap-clap-clap*" chants this evening :)

These are pretty inspired.  Nice job.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I'm not sure how many of those will be allowed.  Does anyone though know the policy about bringing a sign into the game?

Assuming you are a student, as long as its clean it can be brought in.

I'm all for mocking Pitino, the restaurant incident, etc. tonight.  Just hope the fans are careful and not dig too far into the paying for the abortion thing.

Argue all you want on the politics/morality of abortion, etc., but I think trying to make a humorous situation out of an abortion (regardless of circumstance) is probably not a good idea, particularly for students/alumni/fans of a Catholic university at a nationally televised sporting event.

Now go ahead and flame away at me.  ;)

She didn't marry the equipment manager until after the incident, she didn't even know who he was and then she married the guy 6 months later.

Let's not let facts get in the way of a good time.

New Era Warriors

wait, let me get this strait, Karen Cypher or whatever her name is, married Pitino's equipment manager after the incident? or after it came out publicly

DavantesInferno

Haha. Some if these are great. I'll be in the student section so keep a look out. I might do one of the "Thou shalt ..." or the character sign. I kind wanted to stay away from the who affair thing though because I thought those would instantly get taken away. I guess it depends on if I can find some posterboard and stuff before I leave for the game. Keep the ideas coming though.

I think MU fans going over the top makes us look a lot worse than he does.
