Who was on the bench in a boot?

Tonight there was a guy sitting next to Yous on the bench in a polo and jeans with a boot on his right foot. About 5'10" and broad shouldered. Anybody know who he is? Might he be the guard from the Chicago Public League? (Reggie Smith?)
