Are we willing to pay?

I am not even sure it comes down to money with us. MU was willing to pony up. Crean felt he had a better shot at IU and he may very well be right. I think MU will pay, the question is are there any takers? Certainly did not seem like it last year when Tom bolted. MU hiring assistants does not send the message that we want to be an "elite" program.

I envision one day there will be a thread that doesn't turn into Chicos vs. 4ever/MR. HAYWARD. I have a dream.

We (4ever and I) were having a polite discussion actually.  No yelling, no insults....just asking questions on a message board.

I think Huggins was the worst but I think it depends which leaving you mean.  I am considering how he embarassed Cin. as an institution.  If you mean K St., then Tommy leaving us would be next.

Never said there was any yelling or insults. Just a little tiresome to read the same predictable arguments on a bunch of the same threads.

For the record, the consensus is that Hill (that other guy who will probably be a lottery pick) and Budinger will be leaving, and that Wise will throw his name into the ring but not hire an agent, so probably just Wise back from that threesome next year.
