Were those gold socks he was wearing? Or were they "leggings" like DWade wears?

he wore dark blue socks during the pitt game.  i thought he or crean mentioned something about crean not liking them, but after the game james had at pitt, they would be allowed.

i personally don't care what he wears when he plays as long as we keep putting up W's.

Agreed gimp.  As long as what you do or wear is not deemed disrespectful, then by all means, be a kid and wear what you want.

I think they're cool a la Wade!  ;)

The announcers were talking about them...saying that only if they matched the uni would they be allowed.

DJ wore black/navy at pitt with the navy jersey, gold with gold jerseys today.

If they keep his legs warm and prevent cramps like he claims they do, he can wear whatever the hell he wants in my book.

It was nice to see his hesitation move last night again, he doesn't use that as much as he did last year.  The defender had to pick up his jock on the way back down the court after what DJ did to him.

According to my sources the socks do increase circulation and keep the legs warm to prevent cramping.  Also the arm sleeve does the same thing, plus he seems to wear it to keep a pad on his elbow in place.  Not the coolest thing in school but as long as it means he can stay out on the court longer I'm all for it.

i have also noticed that when james goes to the bench this year, he has been putting on his full warm up.  most of the guys just sit in their uni's, but he uses the pants and all.  i guess the cramps are more than just drama like pitt fans seem to think
