“All men dream; but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act out their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible.” - T.E. Lawrence

Tom Crean's Tanning Bed

Also, interesting commentary.  Hard to disagree with, though, but almost just as hard to see this scenario playing out at the same time.

Marquette: It's hard to dismiss the Golden Eagles after they won at Georgetown and still have games left against Connecticut and Syracuse at home and Pitt and Louisville on the road. If the Golden Eagles win these games, they should be a No. 1 seed.
The General has taken on a new command.

Wesley Matthews, Sr., G, Marquette: The least-publicized of the Golden Eagles' senior trio of guards put up 24 points in a home win over Seton Hall and then 23 in a road win at Georgetown. He made six 3s in the two games and against the Pirates got to the line 12 times, making nine free throws. The beauty of the Eagles is that any one of the three -- Matthews, Dominic James and Jerel McNeal -- can stand up and go for 20-plus on a given night and lead this potential Big East champ.

Funny that's there because DJ hasn't hit 20 this whole season, and he averages 11.7 on the season.

Closest to it was 19 in a loss to Dayton.

Interesting trivia about his scoring output: His 6 against Gtown was one of the lowest totals of the season.
The other two? 6 vs. Western Caroling on 12/19 and 5 vs. Houston Baptist on 11/14.

The "any one of the three" statement applies if you include Lazar-and it is beautiful

I was thinking the exact same thing 77. I would say if DJ scores 20+ we are in trouble.......that means we're getting a good chunk of our points, in all likelihood, at a poorer percentage than normal. Not to mention at the detriment of assist-to-fg ratio. Our success depends a lot on DJ getting the other guys good looks, not his own shot.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner.

DJ needs to heed your ID: Drive to the basket and find the open man.
