Talk about an offensively challenged conference.  Penn State only scored 38 points today.  And won!  Illinois only scored 33.  That's right, your final score: Penn State 38, Illinois 33.

How does a top 25  team fail to break 40 points TWICE in a season????  They lost to Minnesota 59-36 at the end of January.  The badger fans call these type of games good basketball.  I call it mind numbing.

Between the shot clock and the three point line, I honestly would not have imagined that a 38-33 score was possible. Even after typing it, I don't believe it. I don't.
