Agree to disagree here.  The Big Ten usually has 2-3 good to great teams.  So did CUSA... the bottom of the Big Ten and the bottom of CUSA were equally terrible.

between Marquette, Louisville, Memphis, and Cincinnatti... usually those teams were in the mix for NCAA tournaments, and were regarded as strong teams.
