The Marquette University Athletics Department will host the 2008 Blue & Gold Scholarship Fund Auction on Friday, Sept. 19 in the Al McGuire Center on MU's campus.

Enjoy a special evening with Marquette coaches, administrators, student-athletes and friends.  The evening will be highlighted by an elegant dinner, as well as a silent and live auction.

Cocktails, Hors d'oeuvres and Silent Auction – 6 p.m.

Dinner and Live Auction – 7:30 p.m.

Over the past 16 years the auction has raised over $2 million for student-athlete scholarships through the event.  As Marquette continues to compete in the BIG EAST Conference, the importance of providing scholarship assistance to deserving student-athletes is ever growing.

Sponsorship opportunities are available at several levels.

Generally it's a little kids party and they eat it up the entire time.  It's especially fun for the Golden Eagle when the party is at a place with batting cages, basketball hoops, etc.
