Just saw Wes Senior on ESPN Classic being interview on Sports Center prior to a 1987 Playoff game against the Celtics.  He was responding to a question about the LA fast break.  He was asked to compare various players on the team to the popular races horses of the time.  He suggested that he was the fastest guy on the team.  Riley said Byron Scott was the fastest guy on the team.  Wes Senior won two NBA Championships with LA.
