Regarding Signature Pictures

I want to get something from off my computer but don't know how to upload it in a way that i can put it in the signature, can anyone help me?

well i got this picture straight off the internet so that is easy enough but I took the Buzz wallpaper given to us by Marquette University and cropped it in Paint and then saving it as a .png. How can I get it on the internet to make it as picture under my signature?

Upload it at imageshack.us, and then copy the link and put this in the front of the link

Technically it can be any size - but please keep it reasonable -- like about the size of the picture you're currently using.
