I doubt TC was there...I also doubt Wade was there for more than 30 minutes.  This is a classic promoter party where they use the big name to draw a crowd (also see Shaq at Joker's last night) but that big name is only there for a cameo or hides in VIP.

BTW the world was invited, yesterday the "invite" got around on the internet faster that Pam, Paris & Brittany combined...all you had to do was not wear sneakers, baseball caps or team jackets and you were allowed in (I got re-j'd for my Lovette throw back...bouncer had some serious Anti Blair-Taylor thing going on).
