Quote
18) Marquette
2007-08 Resume: 25-10, lost to Stanford in 2nd round of the NCAA tournament
Declared: Jerel McNeal Likely Early Departure: None
Buzz Williams takes over for Tom Crean, and he'll likely have four starters back in the fold. Dominic James, Jerel McNeal and Wesley Matthews will all be seniors, and Lazar Hayward came on strong in his sophomore campaign. The key could be whether talented and athletic forward Trevor Mbakwe lives us to his potential, because the Golden Eagles need some help up front.

Others of note...UConn #3, UL #5, ND #7, Pitt #11, Gtown #13, 'Nova #17, WVU #21, Wisconsin #25.

BEAST with 8 of his top 25!?!  Not bad  ;D

I agree, the list must be wrong.  Indiana is nowhere to be found.

Without mirror games we play 9 games against top 25 teams. 6 out of the top 13. Buzz needs some easy mirror games.

Don't worry guys calm the hell down.  The indiania articles will be coming out during the year on how hard of a job IU is, and how great of job TC has done.  Also the articles will probably state something like"TC is one of the greatest young coaches in the country etc etc . . . .blah blah blah".

Good to see some nat'l people realize we return the world.

It would take a moron not to put us in the top 25.  Just as it would take a horrible coach not to keep us in there next year (sans injuries).

The question is, are we going to get any long sustained pub, good teams, etc beyond the one inherited for this season, a team that Barry Switzer could coach to the NCAAs.  That will be the ultimate question.  I hope so.

IU is going to be dreadful next year, but my goodness they've had more press love in the last 3 weeks then hey have the last 3 years.
