NJCAA has 3 ten man teams with 20 HM's.  Fulce's teammate Jimmy butler is among the HM's along with Milwauee Bay View's Dwight Buycks.

Right, but even JUCO's have divisions.  Minneapolis Tech is in D3 of the NJCAA.  Kinsella was a 1st Team D3 NCJAA All American. 

Tyler is D1.
