Let's say we lose three current players to transfer. Does not matter who. James bolts for Europe. Trend does not get his degree. Does this eventually cause us to lose a scholarship under the graduation rate rule? James probably would not matter if he leaves with his degree, even if it is early.

The Academic Progress Rate (APR) is calculated by allocating points for eligibilty and retention.  So each player can obtain a point for staying academicly eligilible and one for staying with the institution.

The APR uses a score of 925 (roughly equivalent to a 50% graduation rate) may be punished with the loss of a scholarship.
