Battle of the Williams: Buzz vs. Roy!

Ok... not that it matters anymore BUT, in light of THIS thread over on the iLLiNi boards http://mbd.scout.com/mb.aspx?s=169&f=2616&t=2327867&sto=pagestart, I'm wondering who would you rather have?  A low-experience but loyal & hard-working coach or a veteran, tried & true coach who, however, would promote the colors of a former team, even one that eliminated his current team from the battle for national title just days earlier?!?!

So, to reiterate:  Buzz vs. Roy -- Whom do you prefer?  Who's gonna be coaching your hypothetical MU team?
