Question for MR. HAYWARD and esotericmindguy

Since you guys seem to be the cheif defenders of this decision, please tell me why. I am not trying to call you out or disagree with you or anything, but like so many here and elsewhere, I just don't know much about the guy, or see much of a history to suggest he is qualified to match up against the likes of Calhoun, Pitino, Boeheim, Huggins, Dixon, etc. and I am just curious why you do?

I think esotericmindguy is related to Buzz Williams or a good friend of his. There's no way you can be that in favor of this highly questionable decision.

I don't know about Mr. Hayward.
