I think McNeal is great, especially on the defensive end. Some things I feel he could work on are: cutting down on threes/forced shots, ball control, and looking for the open man. I think he will learn to make better decisions on the court in time as he is a smart player, but he needs to control his shot and the ball. He brings energy to the team and definitely a needed defensive presence. He is an essential element to this team..
