The point is he doesn't need to be released, he hasn't signed a LOI.

Well, we can rest assured if Buzz accepts a position at IU, the MU recruits for this year will be heading elsewhere more than likely - I hope not.  But I don't think many of our exisiting team (whatever will be left) will want to sit out a year.

But yeah, like 79Warrior said, if they do want out of their LOI's I'm sure they will include the provision they don't head to Indiana or another Big East school.
