and if we dont hire a coach who wants to win at all cost we might as well just give Basketball to UW to.

Also how many black coaches are currently in the High D-1 levels?  None because none of you old stodges are giving them a chance!!!!

At my school, all they see me as is an authority figure (A warden sort of speak) and thats fine with me.  The students dont want to chat and converse with me which I am also happy about, when it is time for them to need consolation they talk to the other black teachers in school.

Marquette should hire Mike Anderson, because with Anderson you also get the Nolan Richardson two for 1

We tasted what success was in 2003 we were the kings of the state their was no doubt that UW people had to get on their knees and bow to us.  But since than UW has been two one Elite 8 and One Regional while we have won one Tourney game in that same time.

We all want a winner. It's just that some us would hope that this program can be a winner without resorting to dubious practices or imposing a racial litmus test on the coaching search. Hey, if the best candidate for the job is black - i.e. someone like Anthony Grant or Chris Lowery - that's awesome. But a certain skin color and dubious ethics shouldn't be a requirement for the job.
