i feel this way about the situation:

sad to see him go but thankful for the years of service he gave us

I'm insane and think that anyone who takes a better position that negativly impacts me is a jerk

I'm glad he's leaving becuase I some how talked myself into thinking marquette is a basketball mecca that has been held back by the man

I don't understand the nature of coaching contracts and think that someone leaving early is against the rules

I'm actualy a crazy WVU fan and will be threatoning to kill his dog because i'm classless and wouldn't be accepted to MU again if i was 17 right now.

I can't imagine what my college would be like if it wasn't for him.  I'm sad to see him go but hope that his new job makes him happy.

I'll ask again.  Have you ever done anything for 9 years?  Do you know the emotional toll this takes on him.  He realized that he's only so talented and he wasn't taking this program to where he wanted to be.  He got a better job that he felt would be better for him, does it matter if he had a 4 years or 50.

Plenty, and they are either at a top teir program or they aren't ambitious/talented enough to be at one.
