Wisconsin always playing the lower seeded team.

I just noticed this but Wisconsin has had the luxury on several occasions where they got to play the lower seeded team than the bracket would have stated.  They have won all of these games.   They have yet to beat a team that was ranked higher than them since Ryan got their, or a team that has held its seed.


2003:  Wisconsin gets to play 12 seeded Tulsa to go to the Regionals (won on a freddie Owens prayer from the corner) They bow out against Kentucky
2004: Wisconsin wins first game than Bucknell upsets Kansas, and Bucky Beats Bucknell, than a 10 seeded NC State team makes it to the regionals and Bucky wins.  Bucky loses to NC

And it already happened this year, USC gets upset by K-State and Bucky is gets another break.



Marquette has yet to get any of these breaks.  The best part about that final 4 run for MU was that we beat every team we were bracketed to play.  Not once did we get a break and get to play a Mid-Major or a team that upset a higher seed we played every High seed.


Ile be honest I am really happy about beating Kentucky because the men didnt get sticker shock, they just played a game and they won, no tricks, no bad calls, no flops.


Here is hoping Beasley Drops 63 points on Butch
but what will probably happen is that Beasley gets Malaria from a Nigerian Mosquito and he is forced to sit out.
