MU up to 21st

Philadelphia -- Fresh off a 2-0 week, the Marquette Golden Eagles moved up four spots to 21st in the Associated Press' media poll, which was released Monday afternoon.

MU (20-6, 10-5 Big East), which had been ranked 25th after spending the previous week out of the poll altogether, knocked off St. John's and Rutgers en route to notching their third straight 10-victory season in the Big East.

The Golden Eagles play Villanova at the Wachovia Center at 6 tonight on ESPN's 'Big Monday'.
