I disapprove of all of you with regards to the mighty and loveable manatee.  I assume I'm the only here that ordered manatee stamps to raise awareness.  They are kind and misunderstood.  I get that brother dgies had a personal grievance with a local manatee, but the fact remains that they are endangered, need our help, and basically just want to hug and gently head butt everything.  God bless everyone that continues to support these wonderful marine mammals.

Apparently you're blithely unaware of the Manatee Sanctuary Act.  The fee and  jail sentence should be higher/longer but Manatees are protected under federal law.
