I think there's a good chance Marquette and Wisconsin both end up on the 2 line, meaning no potential rematch until the FF.

Two vs Three seed scenarios:
If MU ends up in the Midwest with Purdue, Wisconsin has to be in a different region no matter what.  If Wisconsin ends up in the East with Uconn, MU has to be in a different region.

So that leaves the South and West.  Probably unlikely both of us get shipped West, especially if Arizona ends up a 2 or 3 seed.  So that leaves the South, if anything.

I think it's unlikely both end up in the same regional.

Agreed. Maybe if one of them gets to the 1 line, but then it's most likely in the West and it still seems unlikely both are sent out there with Arizona in the mix. Would need two of the current four 1s to stumble significantly, and not have Tennessee pick up the slack.
