I love that these guys STILL forget there are camera angles for EVERYTHING in arenas nowadays.  Shaka says it started with a back and forth after McCullar said something to the bench.  THEY LITERALLY SHOWED EXACTLY THAT ON THE BROADCAST WHEN THEY CAME BACK FROM BREAK!  But yeah, Self guarantees that's not the truth.

I've cover Bill Self since he was head coach at Oral Roberts and Tulsa. When he gets P@#*ed off he turns colors. He was P@#*ed off last night despite what he said in the post game. Commenting on Shaka's version of the half time dust up this is what Self said, "I doubt it was accurate, just so you know, and I don't even care. I'm not going to talk about it, but I guarantee you it wasn't accurate." Self's red face going into the half and during the news conference told the real story.

Yeah, dropping "I don't know what he said but it wasn't true" is actually way worse than hearing Shaka's account and saying "that's not went down."  At least the latter is attempting to talk through it.  This is actually an indictment on Shaka's character because it says "I don't even need to hear what he said to know he's a liar."  Pretty rich coming from Self.
