Today we have capsule previews of two teams on the opposite side of the Maui Invitational bracket. Purdue returns all five starters and should be (won't be, but should be) the preseason #1 in the country. Their biggest question is if their young guards around Zach Edey grow up enough to avoid a Fairleigh Dickinson redux. By contrast, Gonzaga is a transitioning team with three new starters that will be hard pressed to extend their streak of 8 consecutive Sweet 16 or better appearances. Cracked Sidewalks looks at the Boilermakers and Bulldogs.

We've got a midday game to make it official.

Brew, tell us why we will please.

And again, thank you for your hard work
