It's mostly due to its home win over Wisconsin. RPI is 36. (Yes college soccer uses RPI).

I had previously started a college soccer thread. I just haven't had time to post in it yet.

Harvard hasn't been as good yet as hoped but they have an opportunity in the IVY.

Marquette Men's team is scoring goals at a high clip and taking care of teams they are expected to defeat. We'll see how they do against Georgetown for example. That remains to be seen.

.............
Marquette Women are a 70 RPI. Their one big win came on the road 1-0 at now top 25 Colorado, a good win. But they have several poor results to go with this including some losses and draws. Big trouble scoring. A key newcomer injured as well.

They still have a ways to go to get to the Georgetown and Xavier levels of the league. Those two are consistent top 25 caliber programs.

Recruiting has slowly, steadily improved but it isn't Power 5 level/top non Power 5 level, and, it needs to be to be in a top 3 level in the league. They were not competitive vs Minnesota and Northwestern.
