Is Scoop Doomed?
« on: July 24, 2023, 09:45:30 AM »
On March 21st, 2014 there were 14,806 people on Scoop.  Today there are just 245.

What kind of business model is that?  A website loses 98% of their viewers and we're supposed to believe this is...the best...place for...#MUMBB?  I'm skeptical.

Serious response ... I once asked Rocky about that peak and he said that it was a bot on that one day. After that one day, scoop never exceeded more than few thousand people on any given day (always in season and after a big win).

Good thing Scoop is not run for a profit.

Neither is the website formerly known as twitter evidently.
