Sweet 16 & Elite 8 Schedule

For the wonks out there, is there a schedule of dates for the sweet 16 by region?

I'm in a survivor pool where you don't pick by round you pick by day, and I'm trying to see if I can game it out by potential days teams might play farther down the line so I don't paint myself into a corner unwittingly. I can't find anything on potential dates past the first weekend. Understand that the S16/E8 dates might not be set by region yet just thought it might be. Thanks in advance!
