First of all, welcome.   

Second, dear sweet Jesus don't throw that grenade.   We know he did not graduate from K-state. However, in times past, there have been multi-page debates about who is and isn't an alum.  A whole bunch of posters just groaned at their phone.

Oh, and Beasley is kind of an inside joke/punchline.  In the secret scrimmage between K-state and MU all of those years ago, a poster became obsessed with how MB's dominance would cost MU a seed line come tourney time.  Message boards are fun.

You need to look up the definition of an alum. It's anyone who attended the university at all graduation or completed course doesn't matter.
