As far as Scoop, people are free to use the ignore button if they choose. The only real requisites for membership are being a Marquette (or Georgetown, I see you DFW Hoya) fan and not being completely crazy (sorry Chicos, whatever name you're going by now).

Did dodds go to MU? I don't know much about the guy cuz I've always been on scoop but the way he interviews and writes his articles it's hard to imagine he has a degree

Dodds has bled blue and gold for 50 years.  He has been a fixture in  press row for nearly 40.    He bought time and had a radio show 30 years ago to talk MU hoops because he felt the local media was ignoring MU hoops.
You can mock him all you want.   He has been passionate about MU hoops for a very long time.   And he was an insider for nearly as long.    Disagreeing with how he runs his site does nothing to change that.
