He obviously was pissed that he missed the chance to beat up on cops during the 1/6/21 coup attempt at the Capitol.

I know it's easier to deal with these things with humor, but these are crazy times.

In the run-up to the election last year, an NPR reporter rode a bike all around the country, thousands of miles, to interview and observe voters of all parties, races, religions, etc. One day, during a very amicable chat with a Trump supporter, the reporter asked the guy what he thought would happen if Trump lost.

Calm as could be, the guy said something along the lines of: "Well, if they steal this election from us, we'll have no choice but to have a revolution. People will die, but that's the cost of freedom." The guy said it so matter-of-factly.
