Paralyzed after getting hit by a car while riding his bike. Since retiring from the NBA, he he has been working as a counselor in a school for at-risk kids.

I have seen him a few times up in Gustavus, AK. He goes up there to fill his freezer as he has a ton of kids.

The thing I noticed 15 years ago is that he had difficulty walking. His knees are shot and he had put on a ton of weight.
