the way that Louisville has ours.  Facing up to the fact that we are not as good as we thought we were and that there are clearly teams who have a style of play or simply better players than ours is tough to do.  But looking ahead to ND, I really think that our ability to shut down their non-athletic guards is something that they will not be able to overcome.  I am also hopeful that we can put this bad stretch behind us and get a good tournament seeding.  With Villanova now having problems this week and the last week at Syracuse are the toughest road contests.  I think it would be best for both us Fans and the Team to forget about last nights game and focus on ND.

I wouldn't go that far. Yes we swept ND in 05-06, and beat them by 26 this season, but the JACC has been a house of horrors for us over the years. Last year we got destroyed there and Harangody really owned us down low. ND always says we're not a rival, but the JACC is always sold out when we play there...

We are in for a battle on Saturday and the team better come prepared.

I hate to be a fatalist, but I really don't see how it matters. We are going to get smoked big-time. Our guards are quicker than ND's, but at least one of their guards will bury us with 3-pointers when we double-down on Goat Boy. I sense a long afternoon.

ND is a Jeckyl and Hyde team.  They play well at home and lousy on the road.  I'm not expecting ND to play as poorly as they did when they came to the BC, but I still think its a winnable game.  If we come out playing with something to prove, I like our chances.  But this will be a critical game for MU to prove that all hope is not lost after Monday and the fact that we've played poorly since the ND game, save for win at Cincy last week.
