Ezekiel Elliott upset about COVID-19 diagnosis going public

FWIW, Elliott's agent isn't covered under HIPAA, so it wasn't a violation for the agent to tell the reporter. Still, if he's really upset, Elliott can certainly act on his anger by getting a new agent....

Hard to know what went on behind the scenes, but an experienced agent ought to know how to handle the press. And either way, if I'm the agent, the FIRST thing I do is ask Elliott whether he wants his name out or not.
