I do think he is pressing hard and has only gotten worse as the season has gone along.  I think he is not a current fit for what Wojo has out there with his lineups and current offensive system.  He is not a point guard.  He should not initiate the offense.  Him and Marcus have not gelled but he does have skill.  Play him in Anim's spot next year and he will be more comfortable.  Another year older, another year working on getting better.  I believe he will play better next year.

I wish I had your optimism.

Its not that difficult.  Players do generally get better year over over.  He has had moments.  So has Bailey.  So has John.  They all have sucked huge down the stretch.  If you can't envision any improvements, then you have one very pessimistic view point.

We're talking about a 4th year junior who has been inept all year save for a couple brief moments of glory. There's a reason he was at Utah St

Greg deserves major praise. Always plays tough and unafraid. Wish his mindset could be cloned and distributed among the roster. Hope he gets healthy in offseason. He's a keeper.

MU has enough small forwards next year,  Bailey and Cain, Osa and Garcia as well.  Koby would be my last resort. Even Elliott before him.

And Lewis   ;)

Personally, I think Wojo should realize we will not be good next year and start the three freshmen forwards.

Koby deserves serious pine time to finish out the year but I expect major improvement out of him next year but he is not a point guard.  We will have the length next year but we need a point guard and shooters.  Not having those next year will make for a very long year.  Best hope is to recruit a shooter or point guard for next year and then get a grad transfer for the other spot.

You're forgetting about red shirt guard Dexter Akanno.  He'll be a factor next year along with Torrence. Agree Koby should ride the pines or the train out of town.

Garcia isn't a small forward.  Forward/Center would be the correct terminology.

Can he shoot from outside, can he put the ball on the floor, can he drive to the hoop, if he can do those things he is better than Cain or Bailey. Garcia can play all 3 positions, hopefully the 3 frosh can play interchangeable positions.

He can definitely shoot from out. And it seems very possible he can handle and drive better than both.
