New Wade Jersey for Sale

Ran through the union today and saw this for sale.  Reversable jersey by Nike with a white Marquette jersey on the outside and a white USA jersey on the inside.

The jersey doesn't have the American flag on it as the real ones did plus it has the AL patch from our previous jerseys rather than the stiched in AL from 01-03.  The three on the back is also more crammed than that actual was.

The tag says Dwyane Wade 2004 which I assume refers to the Olympic squad as he was gone from Marquette by then.

Overall the Marquette side looks great while the USA side is okay.

Was there ever a gold USA jersey similar to that ever worn?  Or is it just a marketing thing by Nike.  Just curious.  Pretty cool jersey otherwise.

Is there a reason why is it so hard to make a replica that actually is a true replica?  Titan great catches on the differences, it just seems like this would be an easy thing to catch when designing it.

Even the blue Wade jerseys awhile back had these same flaws.  You'd think since Nike designed the jerseys during Wade's time here they could nail it.

The replicas for our previous jersey (Diener, Novak, James) were all dead on except they added a Nike swoosh on the right side of the chest when the actual jerseys don't have that.  Same goes for the replicas of our current jerseys with the Converse logo on the right chest.

I was looking through the Eastbay magazine today and they were selling a USA Lebron James #6 jersey and t-shirt.

Wade is 9, LeBron is 6.

that jersey is thick...i was walking through the spirit shop today and it is quite heavy.  but it is reversible, so that explains the weight.  nice jersey to get autographed and displayed
