With a few second left kid had 3 FT's to win in it, down 2.  He hit only one of the three.

The thing with the 12 is that these are some strong mid-major teams, often with a high major transfer or two.  Almost better to get a 6 or 7 seed (or 10 or 12) as you are seeded against high Major middle of the conference teams.
