You get a point guard that can run the show and have some depth in the back court.Marquette had 1 guard that is a high major player and he is no point guard.Hard to believe they got caught short on guards.It is a guards game.

Lack of a "high major 1 guard" didn't stop MU from beating good tournament teams earlier in the season. Can't be the go-to excuse now.

End of year 5 and we are still dreaming about a great PG?  And the head coach was an all-star PG?  Seriously?

Center is also an issue.  Theo and Ed have very very limited offensive games and Theo is foiul prone and Ed is, well, short.  Joey needs to play a lot of center.  He is too slow outside, but he could really help space the court offensively.  Has plenty of size to be effective on defense.  Just my take.

The roster is unbalanced.I said last off season Mu needed to bring in alot more guards.Elliott gets hurt.Chartouny is in over his head and now you have one guard on the team.Not a good recipe.That is the problem.You should have 5 guards out the 13 available scholarships and Sacar is not a guard

Just shocking how broken the offense and defense is. Their 2 and 3 stars just dominated. No more hero ball next year. It doesn't work. Endless isos by sam and markus do not work

It is broken because we do not have any guards to run the offense.If markus is not draining shots it rears it ugly head.Defensively we have no guards that can guard man to man
