I can't find one and just trying to see if our expectations were raised because we got to 23-4 before this stretch here.

Mine were 22-24 regular season wins, top 3 in the Big East, and a 5 seed.    Right on track.

Why are these expectations  significant or more significant than any other point of the season?

Personally it's fun to guess at points before the year — but three game losing streaks are disappointing no matter what I felt 5-6 months ago.  Particularly when we were in the drivers seat for a Beast title.  Just my opinion.
