TAMU, Knower of Ball

My total score predictions never match up with my predictions for MU's score and SJU's score. I look for gaps in predictions to increase my likelihood of being the closest guess.

Yup. Not that hard. In fact, something anybody who's ever bet a penny should do. So I carry it over to prediction contests. Common sense.

When you go last and just look for gaps of course you can increase your odds. But to me you're not making predictions, just looking for a way to give yourself an unfair advantage - cheat the game, as it were.

Lenny, you tried to insult Wades when really all he was doing was making smart guesses. It's okay. There are plenty of other things you can fun of Wades for.

Wades thinks that guesses that don't "add up" are a hedge that give him a better statistical chance of winning. He is mathematically, statistically wrong when he says that. Again.

Can you show your work on this?

Wades (and TAMU) - Apologize, I was wrong. Miscalculation of simple math on my part.
