Coach was fair in his statements. Like that with hindsight he took responsibility for not changing his Markus defense. He puts a lot on his team to be "tough"...and that toughness will prevail. I guess that's good. They were tough.

I think they are a better program than what people might think after a 18pt loss to a high major. That's a good team...hope they sweep thru the MAC.

I grossly underestimated Buffalo. Very good, tough team. Fun to watch and well coached. Play hard and lots of senior leadership. They can make noise in March.

This Buffalo squad reminds me of some of the squads Buzz had with tough guard play and utilizing speed and quickness. Nate Oats also has a Buzz "esque" way of speaking.

Glad to have been on the winning end of this game. It could have easily been a 1 posession game if Howard hadn't gone crazy.

Wow, it sure is nice to be the bigger team. For years I yearned for a BEast 4. A guy that bangs, plays tough defense, blocks shots, and finishes with dunks. Thank you to the development of Theo John. I always felt like we got killed by that type of player that just meat and potatoes his way to a double double with some hard fouls and blocks.

It is nice to be referred to the tough team that out rebounds the smaller team.
