Interesting article on Rick, with a couple Marquette & Al mentions. Good read if you've got a few extra minutes.

Man, he's a little too strange for my blood.  I guess it's good he was gone.  They mentioned he was a program builder at his previous stops, including Marquette, which is not the truth.  The program regressed significantly under his tenure, though it may have been because he didn't find a replacement for himself co-ordinating recruiting.

Rick is a bit odd.   The real article is on the back page.   Cut that one out and hand it to anybody who thinks we need a football team.   Not that we need a football team for God, we just don't have the money to start one up from scratch.

Not a flattering portrait of Majerus.  While they have quotes from some guys saying they had a great time playing for him, the fact that only 33 of 80 (something like that) players he had played all 4 years for him stands out.  Along with all those players leaving his program, he went through a ton of assisitant coaches as well.  After reading that article, no way would I let me kids play for him.
