One-and-Done in the 2017 Draft

Of the 14 lottery picks, all were Freshman except #8 Frank Nitilkina of France (and he's 19 so the same age as a freshman) #12 Soph Luke Kennard and #13 Soph Donovan Mitchell. 

Overall 15 of the top 22 picks have been Freshman (and #8 and #21 were foreigners age 19, the same as a Freshman).  This is a record for Freshman in the first round and it is not done.

Only two upperclassmen have been picked, #15 Jr Justin Jackson and #17 Jr. DJ Wilson. 

So far no Sr have been picked (through #21).
