My family/I have hired and fired people my entire life and I feel very well versed on how to handle a workplace. You are correct, it is not always black and white, and not everything merits firing or a raise. Let's be honest here, if the stuff that got out was true, it probably was beyond the grey area or stuff that got out was inaccurate. I really do not know what is true, but have my gut feeling.

How foolish of me, I  get it, nepotism is the answer.  Unlike George Thompson, III poor Buzz did not have the creds.  Plenty of coaching families, dental, police, military, academic, political and funeral parlor dynasties out there.

It was pretty well known that he liked a drink (or 6). Whether that makes him an alcoholic is up for interpretation, but nobody can deny that he was way out of his depth and an absolutely terrible president.
