Mobile device help
« on: December 12, 2016, 12:32:32 PM »
So over the weekend, I accidently clicked the Logout icon on MUScoop on my phone.  I tried logging back in and kept getting messages saying I had the wrong password.  When I went to my laptop, it had been logged out too, but the password was saved so I could log back in.  Based on the profile information, I determined that the password I was trying to use on my phone was indeed correct.

Any guidance for how to get logged back into MUScoop on my phone (iPhone/Safari if it matters)?  Thanks in advance.

Can't you try to reset your password on the laptop, and adopt for phone?

It's pretty much hopeless at this point.  Take a Sharpie, cross out the Apple, scrawl "Galaxy Note 7" on it, throw it in the fireplace and get a new phone.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

Yeah, agree with this.  Log out on the PC.  Then try to log in using what you think is your password.  If it works, then you're set and you're probably just fat fingering something on the phone.  If it doesn't work, follow the password reset link, and set a new one.

Though, I suppose before you log out, you should probably make sure you have your email address set correctly so that 'Scoop can send you a password reset link if need be.

Worst case, you could email me to reset your password, but I'll triple your annual dues, so it's not advised.
