How many UW-Madison students does it take to screw in a light bulb?

Two. One to do it, and one to brag about how they did as well as anyone at any Ivy League school.
GO WARRIORS!

I mean. One of my best friends went to Madison... and you're not wrong.

Problem is I'd have more friends there if their standards weren't higher than Stanford and harvards.

Madison alums are the most obnoxious about the educational value of UW, but I've found that it's typically the Badgers fans who didn't even go to Madison who are the most obnoxious when it comes to athletics. It's quite the 1-2 punch!

You serious Clark?

It's easy to get into Madison.  Just move "Up North", go to a HS with 35 kids in it, and graduate in the top 10 of your class.  Boom you're in.

Or you could have a 3.7 at Brookfield Central and be relegated to UW-La Crosse.

Yes, Wal-Mart Badgers are the worst.  Don't even mind UW alums.

Or just post a 3.0 at a school in New England and be willing to shell out $20k for the private dorms.  They love their out of state kids.

Let's Go Warriors

I disagree.  The most annoying part of UW people is how they act like their BBall and Football players have a higher academic entry standard than almsot every other school in the country.  When you look at the numbers recently its just not true.  Not even close.  They pass it off like the bball and football players are held to the same standard as the rest of the student population.  Go look at the bball academic/graduation standard for UW.  It has not been great in the St. Bo Ryan era...  Much less all the stuff that came out on Bo after the fact.  And yet they still act like their athletic program is held to some higher standard.   They are as bad as any other major sports program out there.

If the kids are so smart that get into the school, why cant they graduate?
