While looking into how Brian Wardle is doing at Bradley....this popped up....

http://www.kansas.com/sports/college/state-college-sports/article48810280.html

short stint of replacing Mike Bargen.

Hopefully Brian gets this under control.

Was he the one everybody seemed to have a story about if they went here with him?

GGGG

Could explain why Wardle didn't take him to Bradley.

In other MUBB Staff alumni news, Aki Collins is back on his feet after health troubles last year at Memphis where he missed most of the season and then was replaced. Now scouting for the Thunder.

Met Aki when he was recruiting one of my dad's players once. Good guy, hope he stays healthy.

A guy working through substance abuse issues driving a car registered to a pharmacy to avoid his interlock device?  Appearance wise not very good for the pharmacy owner.

Glad Brian has landed on his feet and hope this is evidence that he has his problem under control.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

as i brought this up in a different topic a few days ago where oprah got jaime fox into rehab, it was a cc sabathia commentary that got steve sarkisian into treatment.  it is unclear to me if brian ever got the help he needed,  "kicked the habit" or went "cold turkey",  hopefully he's doing well
