State of the Program April 2016 Edition
« on: April 17, 2016, 04:17:01 PM »
I am actually pretty excited about the State of The Program.

We have a talented productive group of players coming back with experience, the new additions are all very promising and the pipeline of prospects we are looking at are quite good.

The OOC schedule looks to be solid. Our  Big East conference is very challenging and we have demonstrated we can compete. If we do the job on the court we will be rewarded.

The new arena is going to be a big plus for us in the out years.

The talent level continues to rise - the coaching level needs to continue to improve - young staff - lotta room to grow - lots of positives and things are trending up - need an ncaa birth soon though in order to set higher bars - we have no players who have had that success - lock in a big in the next recruiting cycle and I'll feel better about the log term prospects - but rarely does anything of significance happen with a team without elite recruiting and I think we all feel good about how we've done there
