Providence, R.I. — Marquette (10-4, 0-2 Big East) will continue its search for its first conference win of the season against No. 8 Providence (14-1, 2-0) at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Dunkin' Donuts Center. The No. 8 ranking in the Associated Press Top 25 is the Friars' highest ranking since March 1, 1977 and is the first time Providence has been the highest-ranked Big East team during the regular season.
